Home owner or renting privately and fulfill any of the eligibility criteria below? You are very likely to be eligible for a 100%, non repayable grant for cavity wall & loft insulation.

• Attendance Allowance
• Council Tax Benefit
• Disability Living allowance
• Housing Benefit
• Pension Credit
• Income Support
• Income based Job Seekers Allowance
• Child Tax Credit (if the earned income is less than £15,000 per annum.)
• Working Tax Credit (if the earned income is less than £15,000 per annum.)
• If you are over 70.
• If the state pension is your main source of income.

DO YOU QUALIFY FOR ANY GRANT?

If you're a home owner or rent privately, you are eligible for a grant from around 45-55% rising to 70%, dependent on your circumstances.

WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY HERE?

• If you occupy a flat, either privately rented or owned do not apply unless the occupiers above and below also wish to insulate their cavity walls.
• Those in social housing, i.e. housing association, council housing, please do not apply here, but talk directly to your landlord.
