Paul and Marie have been involved in the catering industry for over 20 years, mainly based in Spain.

They have now relocated to Hertfordshire to provide an unequalled catering service to the home counties and are very excited to bring their experience of both spit roasting and the preparation of Mediterranean dishes, especially Paellas.
